How we work.
We answer support ourselves
Your message reaches the people who wrote the code. There is no ticket queue and no outsourced first line.
Clean uninstall
Our apps remove their own theme changes when you uninstall. No orphaned Liquid, no leftover script tags slowing your storefront down.
We do not sell your data
No resale, no sharing with advertising networks, no training machine-learning models on your store. Written down, not just implied.

Revotekk builds commerce apps for Shopify and Shopline. We are small on purpose: the same people design the app, write the Go services behind it, and reply when something breaks.
That has a practical consequence for you. A bug report does not get triaged into a backlog by someone who has never seen the code, and an app does not get quietly abandoned when it stops being the newest thing we shipped.

Questions.
How much do your apps cost?
Pricing is set per app and shown on its Shopify App Store listing, where billing is handled by Shopify against your existing store invoice. Every app has a free tier or a free trial so you can test it on your own catalogue before paying anything.
What happens if you stop maintaining an app?
We would tell you before it affected you, not after. Our apps are built to uninstall cleanly — removing one takes its theme changes with it — so you are never left having to unpick our code from your storefront by hand.
What data do your apps collect?
Store configuration and aggregate, anonymous widget events. We do not collect buyer personal information — no names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses or payment details — and we do not sell or share data with advertising networks. The privacy policy sets out the specifics per category.
How quickly do you reply to support?
We aim to respond within five business days, and usually faster. The same commitment is written into our privacy policy for data requests.
Do you take custom work?
Occasionally, when it is close to something we already build. Email us with what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
